Voted Best Yoga Studio in Charlotte, we offer over 55 yoga classes weekly to fit every individuals needs, including Yoga Basics for beginners, Hot Yoga, Yin, Prenatal, Yoga for Athletes and Ashtanga, and specializing in a unique and inventive vinyasa-based power yoga. From its staff and classes to workshops and teacher training, Enlighten Yoga excels! Our staff is exceptionally well trained and frequently continues their education. This is exemplified in the quality and diversity of our classes. Enlighten Yoga offers numerous workshops throughout the year and attracts well known guest instructors. Our teacher training is comprehensive and the best the area has to offer. Hours Open Monday-Friday 6:30am-12:45pm and 4:30pm-9:15pm Sat 8:00am-1:30pm and 4:00pm-5:15pm Sun 8:00am-1:30pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm
