151 Sip Avenue LLC in Jersey City has nicely renovated apartments but the management is PISS POOR!!!! There is an older lady, apparently here name must be Ana Marie as the previous reviewers says... because when I asked here name she wouldn't give it!!! She is possibly and older Cuban or Latina with dyed black hair slicked back in, with heavy black eye make who slams the door in you face every time you go by the office. She has a young Latina assistant, again no name, who doesn't want to be bothered either. They say nothing is to be handled in person, only by email, so don't knock on the door even if they are there and you can hear them in the office. They don't accept packages. On the first level someone's apartment door got kicked in this summer, 2012, and management gave them hell about getting the security video and tried to make the tenant pay for the door frame. They don't want to be bothered even to take your rent check. There is mice poop in the basement all along the readers where the electric company comes to do readings, Been there for 5 months if not longer. In the basement there are 3 washers and 3 dryers for $2 to wash and $2 to dry. 1/3 of the washers and dryers are broken. This is rent at your own risk. Bob S. Must work for them or something because I am a professional and have never been treated as poorly as I have here.

Carla Nicole Properties is an awesome company! The buildings have beautiful apartments at below market rates so I highly recommend renting an apartment from them. I have been a tenant for the past ten years and Ana Marie, the office manager at Sip Avenue, is very kind to all of us and is a sweetheart ( meaning us tenants). She always puts the tenants needs first! Also, the buildings, including Sip Ave, are very well kept thanks to the Superintendant Daniel who is very good at his job. Not to mention all of the other amazing staff members! There are unfortunately some people who disagree with me, but honestly, I have alot of experience with this company and all of those opinions are false. Overall, I love this company! The apartments are the highest quality and the same with the service!!:) Whatever you do, get an apartment from Carla Nicole Properties NOW!!!!!!:)
