We are 1st Choice Builders. We concentrate on taking our customers their dream and turning it into an actual reality. We provide everything you need to build the home that you've always wanted from beginning to the end. Starting with our in-house architect engineer, designer, and architect. We'll submit the plans to be reviewed by the city, and then obtain permits , so you don't have to stress about the process. Our designer will assist you in the installation of the final pieces, and assist you with the decision of painting countertops, cabinets, and flooring. At 1st Choice Builders, every project is managed by a designated Project Manager. The website is monitored by the project manager each day to inform you of the progress of the work. We are available to our clients all hours of the day, seven days a week.
