My 5-year old son loves to play cops and robbers as long as he’s the cop. One day last summer, he was playing alone and had a set of handcuffs belonging to my brother [a cop in Florida]. He decided to find out how they worked and handcuffed his ankles together. Even though my brother had left his cuffs behind, he hadn’t left the key.
