I run a pet sitting service and had to call the locksmith to open the door for one of the pets that I was taking care of while the homeowners were in Europe. Thank heavens I had the contract with me to prove that I was allowed to be in the house. The locksmith checked my ID and my contract. He called the police department to verify that the residents were those on the contract. It made me feel really good to know that In a Flash would not open a door to a house just because someone claimed the right to be inside. I would call them again for sure.
