when i came back home i realized that i left my keys inside. I called these guys and they offered a really great deal. He told me that he was out on a service call and it would take him time; however it was worth the wait. Brian is a friendly and knowledgeable guy and was able to get me in within a few mins. In addition to that he made me 3 spare unit keys and 1 spare mailbox key for no charge!! and recommended me to give one to the HOA which i should have done last time i got locked out.thanks much

Fabulous locksmith! Brian was very prompt & professional & unlocked my door in minutes This is a man who really cares about his customers, which is super important when you're stressed out & locked out of your home wearing only gym clothes on a chilly night. Talking to him was really nice, discussed all my options with me, was upfront about pricing, & even gave me advice on how to call around for quotes (I didn't bother to call around for quotes though, since I already knew I wanted to use his business). He's absolutely trustworthy & that's really the highest compliment you can give to any business

The first time I called plano tx locksmiths was when we moved in and needed the locks changed. He did a great job. We have one door that is tricky but he managed it without a problem. He even came up with some really great ideas in so far as using different locks which was great!
Recently I was having some trouble with one door lock and he popped right over, remembered me and my house and got to work while we chatted about how the past year has gone.
I would absolutely use plano texas Locksmith every time!
You won't be disappointed! Oh and what a great price!!!!!

Locked myself out of my condo recently. Searched for a locksmith on my phone and called THIS GREAT LOCAL COMPANY because their ad said: 15 min Locksmith. So I called them because I had guests coming over for dinner in 30 minutes and I had no time to spare. Got a real nice person on the phone who sounded like she really loved her job. She said they'd be there within 15 minutes max. 15 minutes later Sean shows up. He was awesome! Professional.
I highly recommend these guys.

they are re-keyed every lock in my house and every outdoor gate. We bought a new house and We immediately called these guys to have the entire house rekeyed - and could not have been happier. They were so reasonable with the price, and went the extra mile. They gave us beautiful larger keys for the front door and even were able to get duplicates made for our 1968 VW bus- it has original door keys and we have searched for YEARS to find someone who could replace the key (in a way that actually worked). It was a piece of cake for these guys - and I only wish I had called them first. Trustworthy, on time, reasonably priced- THE WHOLE PACKAGE.
