After my purse was stolen during a night out with friends I had lost my house keys, car keys, credit cards etc. I was in a state of panic and wasn't in the mood to get price jacked by some locksmith at 2 am. I phoned these guys and after explaining my situation, they offered to help me get back into my car (where I had a spare house key). Feeling a little violated since having my bag stolen, I decided to have both my car and house locks rekeyed. The tech came to the parking lot within 20 minutes, got me into my car and followed me back to my apt. There he rekeyed my car door and front door. What could have been a seriously frustrating and exhausting process was actually quite fun. He was really kind and helpful. Most importantly, he didn't rip me off at 2 in the morning when he very well could have. At least whoever took my bag won't be getting into my car or my place. Can't thank these guys enough for calmly and quickly coming to my rescue….will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.
