5800 Harold, designed by Montreal based Sid Lee Architecture, explores timeless modern design through the duality of old and new in an emerging enclave of Hollywood. Residences are raised above the streetscape and arranged around a quiet, lushly planted courtyard which acts as a counterpoint to the urban surroundings. Inside the courtyard, the pace and energy of the City dissolves among gardens and water features designed by Landscape Architect, KSA Design Studio. The top level of 5800 Harold is comprised of 18 exclusive Penthouses. Most residences include a spiral stair tower that leads to a private rooftop terrace. These expansive outdoor spaces offer panoramic views of the urban core, the Hollywood Hills, Hollywood Sign, the Griffith Observatory, and DTLA. Each Penthouse is its own unique domain.
