9Round has been a blast to show up to everyday. Since joining only 2 weeks ago, I have already lost 9 pounds. The trainers are full of energy and know how to push each individual who comes through the door. Everything is moving quickly so you are never doing the same thing for more than 3 minute. They encourage you to push past your limits and they have made it fun to get into a gym again. They know exactly what my goal is and they work with me to help me achieve it every time I walk through the door.
