Roof coating job went well. Called AA Brite about a small leak on my roof. The owner Mr. Anderson came over and looked at my house on the inside and then went on the roof. At 81 years of age, ladders are not for me and instead Mr. Anderson went up and took pictures of it. He showed me a lot of pictures he took on some sort of small computer screen he was carrying with him. The roof looked awful and was in pretty bad shape. He wrote out a proposal on what to do, and the price seemed fair to me. A week later Mr. Anderson came back with his crew and they started working. When the job was finished four days later Mr. Anderson returned and took more pictures for me. The roof looked new. Included in my purchase was a 4 year warranty that transfers to my daughter when she gets the house. They also fixed the ceiling in my bedroom and repainted it.

Have Always Been Happy W Aabrite
Rob and is crew have painted four homes for me in the past five years, including my mothers. I’d rank the work as follows A, A+, B+ and A+.

The first house went well and I was comfortable using them again after I sold it and purchased another house.

The second job was the interior of my newly purchased home. Rob had some good ideas on colors and my wife and I are REALLY PLEASED.

The third – the exterior of our home turned out great, but they had to pressure wash some splatters off the sidewalk , hence the B+ (everything else was great).

And fourth, my mothers home.
The job foreman did a great job of keeping my Mom updated and with what to expect each day. House turned out great and she is pleased, so I am pleased.

Aabrite isn’t cheap, and after a bad experience about 10 years ago I don’t use cheap contractors any more. Prior to starting the first job I wanted to see proof on insurance and their bond, both of which Rob quickly emailed to me.

Overall I’d give them an A.
