AA Richards/Greentree House Lifting & Construction in Keyport isThe Company is a builder using the name Green Tree Construction or NEI/Green Tree LLC. They have over billed services during our construction and have not paid subcontractor in full when invoiced to us in full. He has been notified by numerous emails for the credits due to us and many of the subcontractors have come to us stating Steve Pisano nor Tony Delia has not paid them. He has altered architectural plans without consultation with the architect or ourself as the homeowners. He has substituted materials (cheapening the job) without consulting anyone. When approached he has denied it until we proved it to him and confirmed with the architect that these changes have occurred. I will be filing a complaint with the State Board as well. I wish that anyone who deals with this company is aware of his company's billing, misappropriating funds for his use, not paying subcontractor for their services owed to them and falsifying materials and records to the client, architect and subcontractors.
