ABC Blooming Nails in Battery Park City, Manhattan is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS-a gel manicure listed on the spa menu was $25- but when I went to pay- they demanded $47- they said that the gel manicure listed was not for color. Color price was not listed on the menu or anywhere in the shop and not told to me when I asked for the service. Fyi, they are also terrible manicurists!!- TERRIBLE- Pass it by!!
