About Time Snow (ATS) have been pioneers in the Commercial Snow and Ice services and management Industry for over 20 years. About Time Snow (ATS) was started in 1993 by Stephen Summer to provide complete snow and ice control services throughout Bucks County and other areas surrounding Philadelphia. Over the course of time, we have moved beyond our immediate markets. Currently, we have a presence in the following 7 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York Pennsylvania and Virginia.
