Foreclosure isn’t the only option even though my bank said it was… Accredited Advocates IS the other option! My rep Al had lots of answers and helped me to keep my house for about 5 months longer, and encouraged me to actually do a short sale, rather than foreclose. They helped me avoid the dreaded “F” word!
