Tax Debt Resolution: If you owe money to the IRS you should be aware that the IRS can generally seize your assets and levy your wages without even taking you to court. You can lose your car, your business, your bank accounts, and even your pension, as the IRS generally takes priority over all other debts. Further, the IRS can record a notice of tax lien, ruining your credit for years. We can negotiate your debt with the IRS to prevent this, and in some circumstances we can get the IRS to forgive some of your debt and release a levy on your account.

Tax Audits/Examinations: If you are under a tax audit or examination, you need to proceed very carefully. You don't want your case referred to the IRS Criminal Investigation Division, but you also don't want them to assess additional taxes under your account. You need to be careful with your answers, as lying to the IRS is a crime, and answering a question you don't have to can give the IRS reason to open up additional tax years for examination. Further, you don't want to ignore the IRS, as they will make sure to access the highest amount of taxes possible and charge you with penalties and interest.
