The chain came off of my garage door, and I had no idea what to do. I did not even bother touching it, so immediately, I went to professionals for help. The person on the phone was polite and professional, which left a great impression. I explained my problem and she gave me a 3 hour window. Sure enough, the guy was there on time, and even called me at least 30 minutes before to let me know he was coming.
He had all the necessary parts in the truck, and was super friendly and wasn't pushy at all when it came to selecting the right garage door opener for me.
I was really impressed, and highly recommend this company.

The tension spring broke, as they do over time, and the garage door wouldn't operate. The service technician, Alan, from this company came out promptly the same day right on time as they promised. He was very knowledgeable and explained the spring replacement process. Apparently, the original spring installed by the previous homeowner was not the proper spring. He identified the issue and installed the correct spring performing a quality job.
