About us
As one of Henderson’s premiere personal trainers, I bring an innovative approach to the health and fitness industry. With over 25 years of experience, helping transform thousand of clients worldwide, I work with individuals at all levels. Formally educated, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University as well as a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College.In addition, I am also recognized as a Certified Personal Trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association.
