Century Carriers, Inc. and its subsidiaries are family owned businesses that was stated 1998. When the Transportation business was booming, times were great but, like other family owned businesses we didn't prepare for the economy the past year. My wife and I lost many hours sleep and made many calls to attorneys, banks, and whom ever would listen to our story trying to figure out how we were going to save our business for our future and our children. We had worked so hard to prepare for retirement and a future that our children could carry on. Our future looked doomed and we started thinking about how Bankruptcy would affect our lives and that we could possibly lose our home and everything we owned. We started looking into Andy Ahern and Associates and decided we didn't have anything to lose, we talked to him and he told us what was going to happen and how he could help us but, again, we didn't want to hear what Ahern had to say. We thought well maybe we can pull this out and make changes and lay off people. We did a little of that but, we still were missing something. We were able to survive and struggle a couple more months talking to different people and getting MORE bad advice. Andy Ahern called again and everything he said was going to happen indeed did. But, we finally decided OK we will give Ahern a try and WOW what a difference. We had to listen and do exactly what he said and some of the things we already knew but it took Andy explaining it to us and coming in with his staff working one-on one with us. He has great connections and will turn your business completely around if you only just take that one chance and listen. Our business has turned around and we now have a great future planned, but with guidelines we need to follow. We still have hard work ahead of us, but the difference is we are excited about the work we have to do and Andy and his team has given us hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel and we are making progress, thanks again.
