I'm very handy, but as it turned out I was no match for the amount of blockage I later found. After exhausting my skills at using hardware store snake and drain bladder, I admitted defeat and called Alligator Sewer and Drain. The technician arrived and after a couple of hours he was successful in clearing the drain ...! Thanks a lot...!

The plumber did an incredible job! What should have been a simple kitchen faucet replacement turned into a huge nightmare! Unknown to us, our hot water pipe was completely full of calcium derbies that were blocking our line. He quickly and creatively came up with a possible solution to correct the problem -- and it worked beautifully!

We scheduled an appointment with Alligator Sewer and Drain by online and they showed up promptly, solved the immediate problem quickly and then fixed another less pressing plumbing issue we had (basement sink). He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. They made a frustrating situation painless.

Our kitchen's sink works great after the clog was cleared. He informed me of the risk of removing the cap from our very old cleaner in that it might not screw back on properly. There was another option to remove the clog but he recommended using the cleaner because it would be more effective. The experienced plumber was knowledgeable.

They installed a tank less water heater for me. They were right, it is much more efficient and I am already saving on my utility bill. I don’t have to wait for the water to heat up and I don’t have to worry about it running out. Love it. Thanks for explaining and offering it to me.

There was a party in my house last Sunday and all my plumbing backed up after my dinner party. I called Alligator Sewer and Drain and to my surprise, the owner answered the phone at 11:30 at night! They came out the same night and cleared my plumbing drains quickly and effectively. Thanks a lot.

We had a late night emergency with our sink drain and the other companies told us they would not come out until the next day. Then I called Alligator Sewer and Drain and to come out immediately and they knew exactly what was wrong and had the problem fixed in no time.

Awesome job! After two days of trying to unclog our sewage drain with no success and sewage backing up in our yard and bathrooms I called Alligator Sewer and Drain. They came and had our problem fixed in 45 minutes. Way cheaper than any other plumbers we called, very professional, and very helpful in informing us for any future problems. We will definitely call him again if we ever have any more problems.

I have been living in Kirkland for ten years and I have used Alligator Sewer and Drain several times. Last winter I had a clogged water pipe and I called Alligator Sewer and Drain and received same day service. The scheduler, dispatcher and plumbers were all very friendly. The plumbers were thorough and provided an excellent work.
