We ranted a limousine from ALC as they included extra car insurance in package not needed, but changed it later. I booked it from airport and when my friends and family have arrived the service provider assure us that the .extra charges will be paid by company for insurance. Overall the experience is good.
Staff is trained and cooperative, I found it well reputed.

In May 1, 2012 I booked a limousine through American Limousine Charters, for picking me from Chicago airport. The car I hired picked me just on time and I moved on my journey. I had a schedule trip and the deriver did well as seems he is quite aware of all road trips very well.
