I will usually get work done and to my clients within 10 business days. My clients are the lifeblood of my practice, and I strive to keep them happy.I am a sole practitioner based in Mansfield, OH. Additionally, I advise clients how to protect their business so it can pass to their heirs. I write operating agreements, corporate bylaws, buy-sell agreements, key man agreements, set up both LLCs and Corporations, and generally advise my business clients.
