In-House CBC Blood Chemistry Analysis Electrolyte Analysis Blood Gas Analysis Evaluation of a patient's Coagulation status (patient's ablity to clot their blood) ECG Analysis and Monitoring Blood Pressure Monitoring Ultrasound Digital Radiography- This is the latest and most advanced technology available for capturing images, enhancing, and magnifying areas of interest to clearly identify a problem area. This technology also allows our doctors to e-mail images to specialists for second opinions. The hospital is also set up to: Provide Oxygen Therapy Plasma Transfusions Whole Blood Transfusions Intravenous Fluid Delivery and Monitoring Chest Tube Placement Handle Exotic (birds, reptiles,ferrets,rabbits,etc.) Patients The Emergency and Critical Care Center features: an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) a Central Triage and Treatment Unit Surgery Suite Isolation Unit Comfort Room- This unique room is specially designed to provide your pet and family with a comforting and peaceful atmosphere where you may visit your hospitalized pet, or discuss and make difficult decisions with your family concerning your pets critical care needs. Unfortunately, euthanasia ('putting a pet to sleep') is sometimes a decision you must make due to a pets critical condition. This room affords you the opportunity to hold and comfort your pet during thier final moments.
