About us
Martial arts is much more than punching and kicking. In our program, children learn how to focus, control their body, improve their coordination while having a great time. The most common benefit that parents mention is improved confidence. Adults have fun while learning how to protect themselves in a safe friendly environment. We have programs designed for beginners with no previous experience. We offer a complete approach to martial arts training. Kickboxing is great workout while you learn how to throw and defend against punches, kicks elbows and knees. Brazilian jiu jitsu is like chess with your body. Students learn how to use leverage and positioning to protect themselves against bigger and stronger opponents. We are a martial arts school and not a gym. This means our classes are based on a structured curriculum designed to help students improve and reach their goals as fast as possible.
