Our first experience with Ann's Sew-Fine Draperies was not a good one to say the least. The salesperson missed our first scheduled appointment, then once we chose our Window Treatments they installed them and we were not happy with the look as they did not seem the same as the samples we picked. After some back and fourth and a third visit from our salesperson we found the right window dressing for no extra charge from our original purchase. This really meant a lot to me because it showed me that Ann's Sew-Fine Draperies puts a lot into their customer service. Thanks Carol, rocky at first but a strong follow through.

We love our new windows. They look great and we love that we were able to keep the heritage style of our home. We found Ann's Sew-Fine Draperies to be competitive price wise and we preferred their product on the whole.

Yes it was a good investment. I don’t have any cold draft coming around the window.
