We live in Maine, where the winters are severe, and can be very windy. Spray Foam Insulation works great, as not only does it seal every nook and cranny, but it deadens sound and adds structural strength without adding extra weight, and is inert, so mold and bacteria cannot live in it. Arctic Spray Foam Insulation uses both Urethane and Bio-base spray foam in either an open cell or closed cell.
