Along with this nostalgia we set the challenge to work and meet high standards since we also wanted our team to give their best at all operation levels. This is how we created our 5 Jotas rating quality and opened 5 Jotas Deli, Bakery and Restaurant. Now Joteros are back in town -this is how our team is called- transferring our illusion and exigency to Asador 5 Jotas. Asador 5 Jotas is a place where you can find good wine, beer and drinks along with a nice atmosphere for friends and family. At the same time, you can eat the most succulent beef and fish of Spanish cuisine and enjoy our bar full of typical tapas from the Basque region. To keep the identity of our dishes, many of the ingredients used are carefully selected and brought directly from Spain; thus in Asador 5 jotas you can eat as in Spain and from Spain.
