Banner Health Center offers primary care in Phoenix, AZ accepting new patients with on-site medical labs, X Rays and imaging services with appointment times including Saturday to meet your needs. Our health services include family medicine, pediatrics, behavioral & mental health, gynecology and internal medicine. Our services include routine physicals, sports and school physicals, immunizations, acute and chronic care, medication management, minor in-office procedures, well-baby exams and well-child exams. This health care facility offers LGBTQ+ inclusive care including gender-affirming hormones, HIV Care, Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Screening and Treatment.
