I have been using them now for a couple of years and never have any problem with scheduling or with their service. They have always done a thorough job cleaning my gutters and also leave my decks and driveway clean of leaves.I was glad they were able to come out today in the rain and do my gutters. Their crew was fast and efficient.

Truly excellent service. Bay Area Carpet Steamers was accommodating and helpful. The crew was very caring and professional. We took a chance and bought for a reduced price without the allowance. Thankfully, the carpets cleaned up so well we were glad we didn`t have to buy new carpet.

In one word - outstanding! Doesn`t matter what you are paying, it isn`t enough. First impression over the phone is everything to me. Bay Area Carpet Steamers did an excellent job and was very courteous. Our carpets look like new & they had not been cleaned for years. Will hire them to stretch and clean carpet in the near future.

I don`t think there is a better carpet cleaner than Bay Area Carpet Steamers in the area of Sunnyvale, CA. Everything looks so bright and perfect that you can think that it`s an illusion.
