When I called this company about my broken front door latch, they came within an hour to fix it. The latch itself is old and tricky and the technician worked on it for about an hour. In the end he got it working again and we could finally use our front door lock. He told me if it broke again he had come to see if he could fix it. A month later it did break and, true to his word Guy (the tech) tried to fix it but said the 50 year old mechanism was finally at its end. He suggested I take it to the Door Store to see if they could fix it. I would definitely use this locksmith company again. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
