My Husband and I originally signed with another company and when the movers arrived to pack our things into the crate the size of the crate was grossly underestimated. We immediately cancelled with that mover feeling as though we were being played in order to increase the price. I went on the Internet ASAP and Best Movers of America was the first call that I made and I spoke with Debra who was very helpful and emailed me a form to provide us and estimate ASAP. The estimate seemed fair so we scheduled the pick up from our home to be delivered to our new home. The moving truck was a 20 mins late but that was no problem. Needless to say I was terrified. I took pictures and noted everything that took place during the packing. After they left I realized that the Inventory list only had One of my room size rugs listed on it so I immediately began calling Customer Service. I never got a return phone call until I researched the company deeper and found the owners phone number, guess what??...

6/22/12 - I used Best Movers of America and had a horrific experience. I was told they would put pads down to protect the floors, I was told they would disassemble and reassemble anything needed to move. The driver told me they were movers and that they don’t do that. Everything that was coming off the truck had scratched and dings. As they moved items into the house they chipped the brand new wood floors that had just been installed. They left large scratches and marks in the drywall on our second floor. I called the customer service department and they proceeded to call the driver who then came in and verbally attacked my wife and I, stating I am the f*$&ing manager and what was I thinking trying to go over his head. They are sales people, not customer service. He then said to his workers, take 5 hours to unload and we will milk them for more money, I don’t care. I have used this company twice and this is by far the best moving company in the area. Annie was extremely helpful and professional and the moving staff for both of my experiences were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to move. You will be extremely pleased, just like I was. They did an outstanding professional job and their movers were quick as a team like hard working machines. They moved my 3 bedroom house in under 3 hours. I was really amazed and I wasent disappointed in their service. You can rely on them to get your move done professionally and efficiently just like promised. Nothing was damaged or broken. I recommend these guys because they are the best movers and the best to work with.
