I had the greatest experience working with Nutritionist Pamela Warren!! My health issues were food related and she was able to find out exactly what was causing them. She worked with me on the specific trigger foods that she uncovered during our session. Although I had visited other health practitioners before, none were able to address my real issues and get me to feel as good as I do now. Pamela easily explained what I needed to eat and within a few week's I felt a shift in my sluggishness toward full throttle ENERGY! Energy, something I hadn't felt in years. The simple instructions that Pamela gave me allowed me to not only feel my best, but to lose weight and look better than I have in ages. So I look healthy and am healthier than I've ever been! The things she taught me are life-changing and little known secrets that you'll be extremely impressed to learn. I absolutely recommend her as the best nutritionist ever!

I can't speak highly enough of Pamela Warren! She's an absolute pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable in her field. She's been great in helping me maintain a healthy diet (and lifestyle) really keeping me motivated and inspired and most importantly conscious of the food I choose to put in my body. She stresses eating intelligence, avoiding 'dumb' foods and explains how our bodies deal with both in layman's terms. I've always tried to eat healthy(ish) but she's taught me so much more than I could have hoped for, even debunking several healthy diet myths I'd been living by. She's been a life changer.

I first met Pamela when I moved to NYC full time after a stint in SE Asia. I had signed up for an Ayurvedic cooking class and was fortunate to have her among the students. She helped echo much of what our yogi was teaching and added some great insights, even for our teacher. Just the fact that she was in that class speaks to her dedication to nutrition and her hunger (no pun intended ;) for knowledge in her profession. I feel lucky to have found her program. While always professional, I consider her more like a friend guiding me. She's good about following up with calls or emails to keep me on point, which with a busy NYC schedule can really make all the difference between staying on track and slipping off the rails. She really takes an active interest in her clients and making sure they reach their goals, which in the NYC area is a welcomed change to the dime-a-dozen customer service that reigns. Our food choices are ultimately our own, but she's a great coach to have in your corner. I feel great, I've lost some weight almost without really trying, I'm sleeping better, and I've learned so much. And now with her in my contact list I believe it will be much easier to sustain this healthy way of eating.

Do yourself a favor, and get in contact with her. You won't regret it.
