My mom met an accident. I needed money to pay for the hospital bills and to buy her medicines. Her case is still being heard so I have to find ways to get the cash I necessitate so badly. It is a good thing that Biltmore was there to offer help. I got my mom's branded watch and they appraised it for a really good rate. I was able to send her home from the hospital!

Biltmore Loan and Jewelry not only has a great selection of diamonds and platinum jewelry (which is my favorite precious metal by the way), the interest rates for their loans are lower than their competitors. Relaxed environment, friendly staff, expert appraisers, totally topnotch. I went out of the door a satisfied customer.

This place is awesome! I took in a some broken pieces of jewelery, old rings and got a good price for them. Biltmore people were very helpful and explained all my options. I felt very comfortable and did not have to haggle over price. It's a really interesting experience.

I went in to sell some gold coins, since the gold price have increased recently and i needed petty cash. Their price is fair and has been keeping their service world class. They were very friendly, helpful and I also liked the music they were playing that day. Good Job Guys!

I was skeptical, but most people that I came across in town always referred me to Biltmore. I dealt with them the first time about a year ago and it was a great experience! They gave me more than I was expecting compared to other pawn shops, which they really never use the word pawn. When I came back for my 1978 model Harley Davidson Bike, it’s still in tip top shape and I knew it was being taken care of.
