Very quick, called Boston MA Lock Shop in Back Bay, Boston and they came to our new house to change the locks within forty minutes of our call. Took about ten-fifteen minutes and they were done! Reasonably priced!

My renter lost his keys. I took my own keys to Boston MA Lock Shop. They had blanks for both the keys, even the oddball mailbox key. The new keys worked fine, and didn't cost much at all. Good job.

When we moved into our house, we discovered that there were different locks on all of the doors to the house, and the previous owner had no idea what happened to the keys to the garage. We called Boston MA Lock Shop to re-key all our locks to match, including the previously inaccessible garage door. The locksmith came right on time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and he was in and out in an hour, all at a reasonable price. He even gave us good advice on where to look for help in locating a new key for the manual override on our garage door opener (which the previous owner had also lost.)

This place is awesome!! I just have to say after a lot of poor customer service experiences lately from other companies, it made my day going into this store. From a person who answered the phone to the gentleman that copied my home keys in Back Bay, I was impressed. I hope it's not weird that I'm reviewing Boston MA Lock Shop...Even if I move far away from Back Bay I'd definitely come back to this place for all my key duplicating needs.

I just moved into a new house that had broken locks and a mess of keys, and called Boston MA Lock Shop to have the locks re-keyed. The technician came out and was super helpful -- he re-keyed several various manufacturer locks so I only have to deal with one key, and suggested I switch from scary double-cylinder locks to thumb turns, which is so much safer. He pointed out some flaws in the doors, fixed them and made sure the locks and entire doors were working smoothly. There is such a difference now -- all of the doors and locks operate so much more smoothly than before. He had everything he needed with him so it was an incredibly fast process at a pretty reasonable price. Definitely give Boston MA Lock Shop a call if you need a locksmith in Back Bay, Boston area!

Boston MA Lock Shop replaced three locks, repaired my door, and even picked up some steel sleeves to hold everything together. The technician is an expert and takes pride in his work. His pricing is more than fair. I won't hesitate to call Boston MA Lock Shop when I need a locksmith in the future.
