Brake-O-Rama

This place and its manager is liar. I don't how can they even claim to do oil change. My girl friend wanted to get just regular oil change but they quote low price on phone but when she went there store manage said they charge more for Volvo's. Well she got it anyways but then store manage called within hour and said her car needs new timing belt and tensioner and she should get it otherwise it will all ready to break. It sounded suspisious and I told her not to get it done and at the of day I took car to my mechanic and he looked at the whole thing and said there is nothing worng with belt or tensioner........Store manager at BRAKE O RAMA ridgewood location was just plain lying.... Ladies stay away from this place......do everyone a favour if this guy john is telling you get someething done always always always get second opnion, most likely you won't need anything....
