Superb. I arrived alone waiting for my dining companion, and was seated with smile and offered a drink promptly. Service is, to my mind, well done here: unobtrusive, gracious, intelligent, thoughtful. And the food is wonderful! An absolute Must Have is the Ajo Blanco, misleadingly called 'white gazpacho'. There is no resemblance to a tomato based-gazpacho about this cool, elegant mix of flavors, with hot chili oil and green grapes adorning its surface. The other dishes were delicious but not as noteworthy. The mojito was not too sweet, just the way I like it, but may put off some expecting more sugar. By the end of our dinner, the noise level, of other diners' conversations, was enough to send us out into the night. But, to their credit, Cafe D keeps all other sounds (such as music) to a minimum, so we didn't have to talk over it--. Really a nice experience again, my third time around.
