Cambridge Apartments in Northwest, Seattle is not a place you will want to live. I am most anxious to leave. The Cambridge gave me a late notice and late fee a month ago when I did not owe anything. I paid what they said but when I researched my records and receipts found that everything was paid. I have been trying to get my money back but all they credited me for is the late fee but not the rental payment. I even had a letter from Seattle Housing Authority stating that my account was paid. I have sent 2 certified letters to the Cambridge corporate office (SHAG) but they never responded. When I ask the office, they say call the corporate office! What a rip-off! And anyone wanting a rent increase every year - this is the place!
