Last week a couple dogs escaped from this facility and one was brutally hit and killed by a car, enough said.

I have been taking my dog there for the past three years, and I must say that this place has significantly deteriorated within these years. It used to be that as soon as you arrived, the owner would greet you. Now when you go, the owner is never there, nor are employees. Theres typically a line out the door full of customers and their excited dogs waiting to get service. I don't blame the employees, they were typically very welcoming and pleasant. I blame the fact that the owner doesn't provide them with what is essential for them to properly run the business, including enough staff all together. The owner should stop worrying about how much money she can save paying minimum wage to the minimum amount of employees, and worry more about how she can serve her customers. What was so upsetting about waiting in a line of customers and other dogs is that their lobby is so small that everyone would be struggling to control their excited dogs, while waiting for someone to help. Its no wonder why that dog escaped and was killed by a car. they are directly off Southwestern Blvd and there is no control of dogs there. I do believe that location alone is the reason that this facility is still in business. When it comes to customer service, this place is beyond a failure. Whenever I would call, I would never get an answer, so I would just show up and have to wait at least 15 minutes before any help. I also noticed that every time that I took my dog to daycare, new employees would be there, every single time. The ultimate reason that I left this place was because every time my dog would go go daycare, she could get filthy. Therefore I had to use their grooming service each time I went. Somehow it just felt like a scam. Let the dogs get muddy so the owner must spend more money to have their dog cleaned. I looked in back where the dogs run, it's a mud pile! If I drop my dog off clean, I expect her to come home clean; That's called customer service. Also, their grooming prices are OUTRAGEOUS! Do better research, because your pets are family; not disposable entities put on this earth so this woman can profit.

This place is an absolute disgrace! Just recently several dogs escaped and one even got hit by a car and died! Also, in the first room you can see rat poison on the floors with small dogs and puppies running around, that is very dangerous! Our friend also went there, she charged extra money for grooming her daycare clients than she did for a walk in client, how does that work? Every time I went in there, she was never there, nobody was. Every time I called, nobody answered. It doesn't seem like the dogs are even supervised because my dog was constantly coming home with bite marks. One time I walked in, waiting for someone to help me for 15 minutes, standing there, all while listening to someone in back screaming at a dog at the top of their voice. One time, I waited so long that I had to go in back to find someone to help me, most of the dogs back there looked like they were more interested in going home, sitting by the gate eagerly; some were even in the corner shaking. Most of the time my dog would come home filthy, wet and full of mud. One time he was caked with mud and soaking wet. That was the last straw. Beware people, your dogs are not safe, the owner doesn't even seem to like dogs. Seems to like money a lot though.
