Belmont Bay Marina is beautifully positioned on the banks of the Occoquan River. This elite neighborhood is now accessible to Carefree Boat Club Members. You don’t have to live there to have access to this ideal setting.
The floating dock system with Brazilian Walnut contains 158 boat slips ranging from 30 to 50 feet in length. Electrical power service is available in 30 and 50 amps, depending upon slip size. Other amenities include unleaded gas and diesel fuel docks, laundry, two pump-out stations, gated security access to docks, showers, ships store, Wi-Fi, ample parking, and nearby VRE station.
