We contacted this company because of the positive reviews we read online and we were definitely not disappointed. We needed the carpet in our living room cleaned along with a large sectional. Richard called to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time and was the model of professionalism. He not only charged us less than the original quote (which was still a good price), but he offered to clean our area rug at no additional charge. He worked very hard, was friendly but not overly chatty and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and work he would be doing. I highly recommend this company!
