Excellent diagnostic testing and recommendations; thorough review of proposed and necessary repairs; and timely work well within the estimated time stated. I was particularly impressed with Doug Carter's observation that the item that conceivably initiated the engine warning light was under an 8 year/80,000 mi. warranty. His recommendations were practical and considered the elective nature of repairs such as A/C fan replacement.
