Because there is more to an eating experience than just the food, I have to rate this as one of the worst ever. I had been warned that the food takes longer to prepare than advised, so when I was told 20 minutes, I did not leave to pick up the order until at least 20 minutes after I called. The place was jammed when I arrived. I approached the counter and was told to get in line to pick up my order. 45 minutes later, yes, 45 minutes, I had finally made my way to counter to claim my order. When I complained about the poor service, the counter person did not have the courtesy to even apologize. While waiting, I watched others arrive and crowd in from one side to try to get their pickup orders, too, and sure enough, the counter person waited on them. Infuriating. Of course, my food had been sitting there all that time, so it was not hot when I got it home. Hard to enjoy a meal after all that aggravation.
