It has done absolute wonders for my son. He`s doing a lot better in school. He`s got a lot more focus and abetter attention span than he did before. Martial Arts have been really wonderful for both of us. Not only are we growing closer together on a daily basis, we now have a common interest and goal. In myself, I have seen an improvement in self-esteem. I`ve seen a tremendous improvement with my son`s self-esteem as well.

Martial Arts are a great way to learn about yourself by identifying your own strengths and weaknesses. The great memories of Martial Arts that I have are the ones where I learned how to deal with my own weaknesses and the ways I could improve. Overall I believe the arts are a great way to develop mental, physical, as well as spiritual strength.
