This outsourcer is now located at 6400 Main Street in Williamsville. Talk about utter bottom-feeders who run this company. I've seen collection companies with better management staff. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had an experience working for. They brag about good benefits and good pay on their website, but it's a complete scam. The truth is they sucker people into working for them to punch out dials to outsource newspaper advertising. The truth is the newspapers do not have the overhead to sustain an on-site sales force to make the calls and sales so the bottom-feeders from classifieds plus step into play and scoop up what is left behind. There is no leadership at this company, no moral compass for managment and no type of incentive to gather sales. There is a fale illusion of a bonus check at the end of each month when all this company cares about is paying their bottom-feeding management who is utterly worthless. I've never seen a company more concerned with their BMW's, Jeep Grand Cherokees and season tickets to the Sabres then their own working staff. Steer clear of this shithole and look for a better job. David MacDuff must be rolling over in his grave from what the current management has done to this place.
