Colleen's Catering opened in the fall of 2008. We use only the freshest ingredients to prepare everything from scratch. With 20 years of catering and restaurant experience, our goal is to provide the people of Beatrice and surrounding areas great menu options and complete event services for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner as well as hors de oeuvres. We can also customize a menu to fit your needs and budget.
