Comfort Dental Spa in North Corona, Queens is awful, not the dentist but the female manager. The office manager is a piece of work! For no reason at all this very rude manager denied me an appointment with my regular dentist. When I would ask for an explanation why all she said is that it wasn't a good fit. Really? That's no explanation. My wife got a burn on her lip in the middle of a root canal an innocent accident, but my wife didn't make an issue and let it be and didn't sue. She felt bad for the dentist because we had a good relationship with her. So, may that be the reason why? Either way it has nothing to do with my dentist seeing me. So out of frustration i said i was going to call the Better Business Bureau and then she responded that by saying she was going to call my insurance company and tell them i am denied from going back... lol silly rabbit... you cant do that! I am going to make a big issue now! I fear all dentist except for my dentist Dr. Dimitrakos! She is a great dentist! So what do I do now? My tooth is chipping and my filling came out and it hurts! As far as Comfort Dental Spa, they treat people as they feel and i am referring to that lady manager who acts like she owns the place. I have seen and heard her talk down to Latino immigrants as though they were stupid. Hey lady just because they don't speak English doesn't mean you should treat them bad and under mind them and what they tell you. How is it that you have been there for so many years, I don't know. Time for a change! I wish i could give you no stars!
