This company leaf blows the parking lot at the Santa Clara DMV regularly, starting at 6:30am. They have a total disregard for the Santa Clara City Ordinance that prohibits leaf blowing between the hours of 10pm and 7am. As one of the many neighbors who is woken up every time they start leaf blowing, this is infuriating. I've personally gone to talk to the crew 3 times over the past 2 months to remind them that they are breaking the ordinance and ask them to change their schedule to a time after 7am, but no joy. Since talking to them doesn't seem to have any effect, I'm now working with the Santa Clara Police Department about this problem.
