Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp in Manorville, Oyster Bay is a total scam. They have called me twice now in 6 months trying to get me to buy a $200. bottle of essentially "Draino". The sales guy lied about "getting the go ahead" from my supervisor to buy the junk and then tried to tell me he was a local company in Burnaby, Vancouver where I am - except he pronounced Burnaby wrong and sounded like a kid from "Jersey Shore" - hang up on them.

Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp in Manorville, Oyster Bay is a scam company. Do NOT deal with them, do not talk to them on the phone. Hang up before they send you a "free sample" that costs $129

I have been using cmc for several years. I own 3 apartment complexes and a hotel. They are able to beat prices from my other vendors and are always willing to be flexible with payment when things are slow. A++
