Contact Realty in Forest Hills, Queens I had a very good experience with Contact Realty. Samantha was my agent. She was very professional and courteous on the phone, and she listened to what I was looking for in our next apartment very carefully, and did all the preparation before we met. Although I ended up renting an apartment from another realty, Samantha told me that there is no hard feelings or disappointments, and she just wanted me to be happy. I think that's a very rare quality in an agent. So I would recommend Samantha and Contact Realty to any of my friends, and definitely reach out to them if need to move again.

Key words for Samantha: professional, courteous to everyone, well prepared, and good at following up.

Key words for Contact Realty: Professional and nice people, excellent reputation in the neighborhood.

Contact Realty in Forest Hills, Queens isMy boyfriend and I found a 1-bedroom listing we liked on Craigslist, and contacted Tina at Contact Realty to take a look at the place. The boyfriend looked first and liked it, but by the time I could take a look, it had been snapped up. But never fear! Tina reached out to the landlord and found the exact same unit on a lower floor available for the same price.

I have to echo earlier reviews and say that Tina really looked out for us the entire time. She really vouched for us to the building's owner and even paid for our credit reports out of her own pocket. She's really easy to contact and can work around our crazy work schedules to meet with us and show us listings. Her fee is one month's rent, which tends to be standard, but at least she's not one of those brokers who charges 15% of the year's rent. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a place in Forest Hills

Contact Realty in Forest Hills, Queens I Would like to Recommend Contact Realty (Sharon) is phenomenal!! My husband and I had specific requests - she listened and understood, she was honest and worked quickly toward helping us find a suitable home for our family. Unfortunately, we didn't get an apartment shown to us by Sharon ( not her fault at all) but she did work diligently on finding us another apartment that put the others to shame!! Knowing that we did not want to be denied another dream apartment - Steve&Sharon made it possible to get us into apartment in any way they could assist. Even after my husband and I were approved for the apartment, She worked on getting us the keys 2 weeks before the actual move-in date!!! In addition to all the positives, Sharon was always available by phone and/or email. Contact realty as a whole comes highly recommended by us. Steve was also assisting when ever needed. I have and will send clients their way. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise until you experience it yourself!
