i love this place! a friend referred me here, and i was hestitent as first because when i think of those kind of places the women tend to intimidate me. But i couldn't have been more wrong!! the women who work here are the nicest people i have ever met. They really made sure that i knew what i was doing and going at my comfort level, while also pushing me, but in a good way!! And yamuna body rolling is the most amazing thing ever!! definitely got my beach body rocking this summer!! he he : )
