(Limited warranty covers limited parts & only if warranty card was returned.) Labor is billable, Bench work is $107 (you bring to us). Onsite Service call is $167 plus any necessary charges. It does not include any parts that might be needed. Technical staff is there to get the unit functioning, but if part or supplies are needed, they will give you a quote, approved needed before any parts are ordered. Based on the age of the unit, some parts may not be available, or require some time to locate. Please identify yourself by name & company you represent, be ready to give Model number of your Commercial Grade unit & problem code if displayed. We understand that the technical staff is the core of any service organization and encourages technicians to be continuously studying and attending factory training programs to assure that they are up to date on all their technical skills. But like all products equipment can be removed from products line and support is no longer available. Each of our technicians are dedicated to ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner and fixed correctly the first time.
